I used to use CD-R's but that was obviously a pain to keep updated. Having a read-only media is really useful when I need to stick it in a known-infected machine.
Don't really need that much. 500 GB will probably do me just fine. Maybe 1 TB.
I don't understand what USB 2.0, USB 3.0 mean.
