TJ Maxx and Marshall's.

You're another example of why I will reject any replacement, school levy. We keep pouring money into our education system, and this is what we get.

In OP's defense, you have to realize that this entire generation has been raised with pc's and the internet. They've grown up with chatrooms, im's, email and now texting. And their ability to communicate has been formed (or destroyed depending on your opinion) by this fact. It could have been a lot worse. At least she used whole words and not that messaging shorthand everyone seems to use. Complete, thought out sentences and phrases with proper structure, grammar and punctuation are no longer necessary for communicating with others. In fact, it wouldn't suprise me if people were stigmitzed for writing "proper". They'd probably be seen as weird.

How do you defend what she wrote? I don't care what generation you grew up in, you don't speak like that, so don't type like that.

And they wouldn't be seen as weird, they'd be viewed as educated individuals.
