Both are very horrible traffic-wise during rush hour...unless you're coming from Los Angeles.

Yes, LancasterNative and ulsterscot are right! The Main Sreet/Livingston Avenue/State Route 256 area is seedy and that is just south of the center of Reynoldsburg and is near the police station. Definitely stay as far east of 256 as you can. Theft, gang activity, vandalism, etc. are happening to the west. Pickerington is much, much better.

Reynoldsburg has a school income tax. That's a pain at tax time.
