I don't know for sure but there a cotton company sign in the building now. I hope the previous plan for the coffee shop is still a go. I do know the building is not getting torn down. Chris is all about adaptive reuse.

I'm sorry but Costco is no the end all be all of retail. We dont know what's coming to Midland Commons yet. They have 3 large tracts for big box retail. Yeah, it's not as if a Taco Bell and a Del Taco are all that different anyways. And this development is still at least one year out before opening, plenty of time for new stores to be announced. The fast food places are being announced first because they are in the outparcels which will be ready sooner than the main part.
