Hi
Could someone give me information on Irmo and Chapin SC? What are some kid friendly neighborhoods? What are the best schools in the area? I have an 8yr old, 5yr old and 2 yr old. Also any information on preschools would be great! Thanks!

Too many kid friendly neighborhoods to list without a price range. Both are in the blue ribbon Lex/Richland 5 school district. Lake Ballentine Elementary is one that many people try to get in, also the new Oak Pointe Elementary. There are 3 HS in the district with Chapin being the smallest of the 3. Dutch Fork and Irmo are larger but all grade out similarly. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Try Milford Park sub division , you can walk to Ballentine elementary. Its part of Lex/Rich 5 schools.

Default Relocation from Charlotte

Irmo, Chapin are nice areas but very busy. You may want to to try Arcadia Lakes, Forest Acres area. Highly desirable, easy to get everywhere, low traffic, and award winning shcools.
