Okay so my friend who has just moved from charleston who I was helping show around has decided on a place off of percival. Eagle park dr. she was excited about living there. I saw the neighborhood and it seems okay. But someone at work today told her that is a horrible part of town with a very high crime rate and wouldn't let her daughter live there. She said the apartment complex across from the neighborhood is horrible. I don't know what that complex is, but what is your opinion? Would you be worried if you lived here ?

Eagle Park itself... yeah no problem...since its a fairly new development. I would . YES there are some sketchy parts of Percival in terms of a few old apartment complexes... Unless she plans to go jogging down it at night or walk to Walmart.. I doubt she will have any problems living in the development itself... Just my two cents.
