Does anyone know what they are building in N/E Colorado Springs at the corner of Bridle Pass and Prairie Schooner?

If you are talking about the sort of coral colored and green building, I am pretty sure that's the new Penrose Hospital North. I can see it very well from my house in Briargate when gazing southeast towards Sky Sox stadium.
