I am finishing college at the end of next semester. My degree will be in Economics. I enjoy studying Financial Markets to a great extent. (Even during personal time) Investing is something that makes me happy. (Economic, Marketing research too)
BUT Wall Street isn't something I earn to work for, but if the opportunity came knocking I wouldn't turn it down. I don't care where they hire me, whether it's Minnesota or Florida. I am open to live anywhere.
It's a strange question, but I feel I am going to face a lot of uncertainty as a senior. What are some tips you recommend for a graduating senior? In regards to the job / recruitment process?

The recruiters who come to the University of Arizona tell us "if you want a smooth transition of landing a job" you want to make sure you do it your last semester of college."
To anyone who is recruiting or is in HR. (Or was a graduating senior) What are some other tips you recommend for graduating seniors.

It's exciting, but nerve-wrecking to think about.

Your statement is rather scatter-brained.

Wall Street is not all it is cranked out to be. Expect to be working 75+ hours a week as an investment banker/financial manager.

Your best bet is to look up the market where you want to live/work.

Why did you go Economics? That is more of a major for Academia... Do you plan to pursue a Doctorate?

Otherwise if you just want to go into Banking, get into a Bank's training program for entry level officers.

Bad time to go into the financial field though, lots of layoffs coming. B of A is supposedly laying off 30,000.
