the program itself is about 8-9k or so, and my place of work will pay for 50% of the tuition. i currently have a masters degree in educational technology (i work in a big private school). my reasoning for getting another degree is because it wouldn't be that much, i would automatically get a slight raise, and might open the doors to new things...at least i hope.
my position currently is assistant director of technology (there is a director of technology and chief technology office above me).
