Noticed two signs up on corner of Arlington/Dickinson Ave today showing Contract Pending.
I did speak to a representative at Edward Jones which is located near the property and he said he didn't know, but knows it's commercial. They were out surveying the land this morning.
The building on Arlington at Breezewood will be Youngs Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation. It is currently located beside Coldstone on Greenville Blvd.
I am also not in favor of more student housing. I wouldn't mind the mixed use development if it was nicer market rate housing, for young prosessionals but not students. I'm honestly not sure I know what I'd want to put there, it would be nice to get some legitimate shopping uptown and not just restaurants and University buildings.
