I didn't know ECU was working on a new campus...it's called "ECU West Campus" it currently has 303,000 sq ft of buildings, I already knew about the Brody school of medicine but I didn't know it was a planned new campus!!!

Dude, you mark my words. The GTP failed. It has been in Kinston a long time. It's not a new development, it is the reason why Greenville's airport is as small as it is. They gave the control tower to Kinston in hopes that the GTP would work, but it didn't, and still isn't. This aerosystemes company can come in and say whatever they want but they'll be outta there just as fast as the Delta jet service from Kinston to ATL was. If not faster!
Hey BMOREBOY, anyway you could take some follow up pics of some of the developments downtown? I would like to see some recent pics of that new dorm complex downtwon at 5th and Pitt.
Okay ill do it on Friday...there is some new construction going on, on a development by the name of Nathiel Village (or something like that lol) its going to include two six level buildings, and some other housing.

"The planned four-lane roadway — which includes green medians, bike lanes and sidewalks — will connect East Carolina University with Pitt County Memorial Hospital and the Brody School of Medicine and is scheduled for construction in 2013. The road will be built through residential, industrial and commercial areas of west Greenville between the west end of 10th Street and Stantonsburg Road."
