Anyone know of a local real estate website that allows you to search by subdivision name? Any pointers would be most appreciated.

If you go to either Zillow.com or Trulia.com and do a zip code search you can see the results either in a street map or an aerial photo.

If you know where the subdivision is, you should be able to see the homes that are available.

Or just ask a local Realtor®, most are happy to run a search for you by subdivision and email to you.

The MLS systems allow you to do that, but neither the current Realtor.com or the beta version have search by subdivision.

Intracoastal Realty (Wilmington area) allows you to seach by subdivision. You have to click "advanced search". Hope that helps

You can go to Wilmington NC Real Estate and Homes for Sale in Wilmington, NC - Wilmington For Sale and search by subdivisions or zipcodes.
