Hello. Below are the beaches I can spend a week at. Want to bring the fam and show them a great time. Want beach (obvie), fun, resturants, and bars...

-KITTY HAWK
-NAGS HEAD
-RODANTHE

*Please let me know which is best for the above needs, why, and thoughts...

Kill Devil Hills or Nags Head have the most restaurants/bars. Out of the two of them, it doesn't really matter which you end up in- they're right next to each other.

I've stayed at the ramada in KDH. It was decent and was oceanfront.

All of those places are very close together and collectively known as "the Outer Banks". Also, right now, many of the roads are out up there thanks to Irene. But, wherever among those places you stayed, you'd be close to the others, so I'd go with what you can find based on house and price.
