We did not go to Saltwater Landing, but bought from H&H Homes in Sneads Ferry, which also builds in SL. We found the Realtor, Christina Pitz, to be very helpful. SL has smaller lots than Mimosa Bay, and a little higher prices. The quality of the houses is pretty good. I would ask about when the amenties are really going to be developed.

Have you ever been in an H&H home during the building process? Utter crap. I can't believe anyone could say "The quality of the houses is pretty good." with a straight face.

What specifically do you see that was "utter crap"? Building sites normally look trashy.
