Due to restrictions, this property can only be redivided with a city street. Therefore it is likely to only be a single home or multi-family dwelling.
The pond has largemouth bass, perch, bream, and catfish.
The zoning does allow for some agricultural use including horses.
The adjoining propeties are two new subdivisions of homes in the 120's and up, and three lots to have new home fronting Cemetery road.
This property is exceptional in that it is rural and yet in town.
