I'm looking for a female roommate to share my apartment. She'll have her own room and her own bathroom (all fully furnished).
The bedroom has a TV, computer, closet and a private entrance to the bathroom as well as a balcony.
The apartment in general is fully furnished (including all kitchen appliances). I'm looking for $600 rent which will also include electric, water, high speed internet, cable bills...
About myself: I'm Lebanese, speak french and arabic (prefer someone with similar background), I work full-time and go to school full-time, so I need someone committed, who won't turn the apartment into a night club.
The apartment is minutes away from UCF (right on Univ. blv, between Alafaya and Dean road)
