I have an apartment lease that is good until May 2009 that I need to transfer to someone. It will be available after December 7th 2008. The apartment is at Eastover Ridge Apartments. Its on the first floor (no stairs), pet friendly, 2 bed, 2 baths, pool views, close to gym, in a gated community and no more than a 10 minute drive to uptown in heavy traffic.
