I have a townhouse available for rent in Margate. I used to live in there for over 3 yrs and moved to Boston a couple of yrs back. It is a nice corner unit with hardwood floors, jaccuzzi in master bedroom, brand new appliances, washer dryer in unit, parking lot and gated community. It is minutes from shopping plaza and Sample Road. Close to I95, schools and hospitals. Very nice and peaceful area.
The current renter is moving out in September end, so I am looking to rent it from the beginning of October. Any help in finding a renter is highly appreciated.
I am looking for a 3/2 townhouse to rent in the coral springs/margate area. My lease on a 2/2.5 expires end of September. I have a boy and girl and would like to split them into their own rooms.
Three important factors to rent - price, good school district, gated - in order of importance.
