I am a single parent of a very responsible young teen and need to find a home ASAP!!!
My credit is poor, but I am dependable with my rent as I need a roof over our heads. I had been struggling this past year due to a layoff and am finally getting back on my feet.
I work full time and have a gerat, stable job and am looking for someone that will work with me on the down payment, etc.
I need to move as soon as possible as I am currently living with family in the interim...
