3 years ago we sold our home in Salt Lake City and bought an age qualified (55+) Condo at Casablanca (located downtown by the Wynn Casino / Convention Center / Desert Inn & Swenson). The condo is large by Las Vegas standards (~1200sf), but we have too much stuff and needed more space so just purchased (one of the many) "diamond in the rough" foreclosures.

Our Condo is vacant and we would like to offer it to a responsible senior at a very affordable rent (just enough to cover our HOA fees and loan costs). If you are age 55+ looking for an affordable, safe (24/7 guard gated mid-rise w/elevators), place to retire in Las Vegas, you won't do better than this. Most the residents of Casablanca (90% owner-occupied) refer to their homes as "a little slice of paradise".

Also, if you know anyone that may be interested, we will pay a $500 tenant finders fee for your help (rather than waisting on ineffective advertising).

Photos of our condo are at http://loveusa.com/condo or seach las vegas rentals Craigslist (keyword Casablanca).

We invested thousands over the last few years to modernize our condo and want to find someone that will take care of it as if it were there own (we may even consider a very reasonable rent-to-own agreement).

Default Very interested

My husband and I live in northern Ontario and we are both retired seniors. We would like to head down your way for at least one month this winter and were wondering if you'd be willing to rent your condo for at least one month.

Please email me and I can give you more information.

Sincerely,
Margot Cox
