Due to my husband taking a temporary position in Utah we will be renting our home in Algodones. Algodones is 10 miles north of Bernalillo, 30 miles south of Santa Fe and 20 miles north of Albuquerque. It is in the Bernalillo School District and there is bus service. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1998 mobile home with a wood burning stove as well as a propane heater on a permanent foundation on 1 acre of land with 2 established garden plots. I don't have pics yet; just checking interest. It will probably be available 1-1-07 for a 1 year contract for $750/month.

I just came across this thread, and was wondering if this is still available?
I am in Phx area, but husband is currently working in ALBUQ, his family lives there. Have been fighting the move as I don't want to live in the city and am looking for something with a little more room.
