Two month minimum rental and then month to month thereafter - $1200 per month. Will provide a discount for a 12 month lease.
My wife and I own a townhouse in McLean on the corner of Route 123 (Dolly Madison) and Great Falls St. It is minutes away from Tysons Corner and adjacent to the Dulles Access Rd and the beltway. The new McLean metro stop is 1 mile. Nearby busses go to the Metro, Tysons and many other points.
We are renting the lower level furnished which includes a separate bedroom, bathroom, a large living area and a kitchenette.
Tenant has rights to use common areas including the kitchen, powder room in the front hall, the laundry room and the patio. One parking space is allocated to tenant.
There is no private entrance. It is available starting mid-February. Sorry but we cannot allow smokers, pets or children.
