We are currently renting a 935 sqft one Bedroom + a spacious Den apartment at "Eaves" by Avalon in Fair Lakes (Fairfax, VA).
The Den is truly spacious enough to be a child's room or for a room mate (10 x 11'3" feet - see floorplan on Craigslist link).

on Dec 17th, 2013 and the lease ends on June 5, 2014 ---
(Lease can be renewed by then if one wishes to do so)
