I am interested in Subletting my 2-Bedroom 2-bath Apartment Big Apartment which will be available for sublease for 2.5 months from Dec 15th 2007 to the end of Feb of 2008. >1100 sq ft. 2nd floor with a Huge balcony. This is a Plymouth which is currently leasing around $900

Will sublet at $700 per month and I am currently paying $875 per month for the apartment. The apartment also is fitted with a New Washer & Dryer. You can sign a new lease with the Mgmt from 1st March at the rate of $875 so you save $350.
