Opps i forgot to mention the town this home is in, It's Grandy, North Carolina 27939. the county is Currituck county. Its 15 min the Outerbanks beaches and about 45 min to Norfolk VA. Good schools so if you want to be near the beach but don't want the water damage that comes from living on it then this is the place!!!!! I have lived in this 10 yrs and the storms never damaged a thing except broke branch off our tree. Storms usually make land fall an hour 1/2 south of us in or about Hatteras okracoke nc
