Super clean, and stylish apt in Lo-Rise apt, across from nice park, 15 mins from downtown/USC, less to Hollywood and The Grove. A/C, Wireless, Cable, & all utilities included. Laundry on each floor. Spacious room with lots of closet space- available bed, drawers, towels, etc. Roommates are 1M/1F, young professionals and 'SC grads -very cool, no drama kids with local roots. Will have more pics avail soon, but hope to find someone clean and responsible, prefer female, but open to clean guys too.
