Please see the room sticky for posting guidelines. "Classiest City" isn't nearly detailed enough. Classiest in WHAT WAY (not just "people")? Please list specifics for a comparison.

NYC and Paris among the cities I've been to.

Monaco makes a strong case for being the tackiest/least classy city I've ever been to. Just a bunch of gawkers and gawkees.
