There is such a thing as Chicago-style thin crust pizza. We have more than deep dish. We also have stuffed pizza which is similar to deep dish.

Eek, very nice pictures the last couple of posts. I was about to post pics of trains in Chicago and New York but you covered it already . BTW, Al Capone did a lot of work in Chicago, but he was still born in Brooklyn .
