No bashing of Houston or Los Angeles! Just strictly the skyline.

Houston

Los Angeles

I like LA's skyline better. It's more recognizable and that pic with the mountains is great.

Based on the buildings and not the scenic aspect I like Houston's skyline slightly better. If you throw scenery into the mix than LA.

Houston is nice, and it's a bigger skyline...but to me Los Angeles' is more aesthetically pleasing. However, I like the ultra-sleek silver glass Enron buiding the most out of any building between the two cities. Now there's a great building for a great company!

I personally like how the US Bank Tower forms a central point to the L.A. skyline that is distinct and seems to form a peak like the mountains behind it.

There is already a Houston vs. L.A. thread where the skyline is part of the comparison going on. Please add to that discussion rather than creating a new thread for basically the same thing: https://www.city-data.com/forum/city-...s-houston.html

Thank you
