If you are talking in percent terms... New Mexico has by far the largest non White population, including many immigrants. Most of its larger cities were sizable under the Spanish, so it also has very unique architecture compared to other areas in the US. Outside of Cajun Louisiana it's got to be the most "international" region of the US.

Demographics:

45% Hispanic (including both people of Spanish & Mexican descent)
42% White non Hispanic
10% Native American
2% Black
1% Asian

also 30% of households speak Espanol en su casa

Are you looking for opinions or facts? The title of your thread gives the impression you want merely numbers.

Polls are meant for opinions... not for opinionated facts.

"im trying to get what peoples opinions on it are ..and then devastate them with facts

OyCrumbler why must u pester me ...lol"

So...you start a thread by asking a question that isn't even debatable, but only requires factual information easily obtained elsewhere. And not only that, but you already know the answer... you merely asked it to proclaim to everyone that yes, indeed, California has the most foreign-born residents.

Why don't you go fart in a wine glass and sniff it?

What state has the most wine glasses to fart into? Now that would be a funny thread.

LAnightmare just brings it up to highlight it in our brain that CA takes yet another award... when in reality, no one gives a ****.
