Some cities in the U.S. South/Southeast have too many utility poles and power lines, which are not only unsightly but are hazardous and often cause power outages during stormy wether. Which cities (small, medium-sized, and large) would you nominated as having too many utility poles and power lines?

Houston seems to have a lot of power lines and telephone lines that aren't burried.
