Morgantown since I've never been there. Philadelphia or San Diego?
Philadelphia barely due to having more things to do that are less expensive. Philadelphia has numerous museums and more charm. The city could use better lighting, but overall is more attractive than San Francisco imo. Philadelphia soul music is top notch to this day.

I think both places have interesting things to do, but I slightly lean Memphis. I like the vibe of that city more than Nashville, though no doubt I'm probably in the minority for having this opinion.

Ocean Springs, MS, or Port Gibson, MS?
Ocean Springs. It's near things I would enjoy like beaches and casinos. Birmingham or Louisville?

Louisville easily over Birmingham. The city is more progressive and not as depressing. It has a rich culture and more arts. I also prefer it's riverfront and nearby cities.

Destin, FL or Boulder, CO?
Boulder isn't even within the mountains, so Destin all day for me. And it's on the nicer section of the Florida Gulf coast.
Now I'll pick 2 older places with historic architecture, and a scenic train. Durango, CO(train goes up to Silverton), or Cumberland, MD(train goes to Frostburg)?

Both would be nice but since I have to pick them Durango. Pittsburgh or Cleveland?

Pittsburgh. Would visit just for the opportunity to drive through the Fort Pitt tunnel at night. The 3 rivers, the hills, downtown, oakland, a night game at PNC Ballpark... eating some of the Pittsburgh food... sign me up.

The Outer Banks of NC or The Eastern Shore of VA.
Outerbanks due to it's lesser known attractions. I like that there are museums and tourist trails. It is interesting that there is a unique British sounding accent on the remote islands.
Harrogate, TN or Fredericksburg, TX?
