Looks like Philly may very well make it to 300 by September 1 given the average daily homicide rate...hell, it should be over 300 by 9/1...and with 4 months to go until year end.
Philly had 356 total homicides in 2019.

Yeah, from what I can tell. The property owner opened the door to someone that they know in some way and killed them when they tried to force there way into the property after being told that they couldn't come in.

Philly, as of 8/26: 297.
Hell, Philly could hit 300 today, not by Sept. 1 at the rate homicides are going there. Philly added 3 homicides yesterday alone, a Wednesday.
Philly YTD +76 over YTD 2019.
