Middle Class/Upper Middle Class neighborhoods: Not sure if there are atleast 20 Middle or upperclass subdivisions where it reaches atleast 80% but 51% for sure. Houston probably misses on this one.

thats interesting for neighborhoods i thought it meant named parts of the city. most northeast cities dont have subdivisions that i know of. like would harlem be considered one neighborhood eventhough its huge ? https://www.city-data.com/forum/city-...-big-city.html
i would assume most metros have several blocks that fit that description.
