Actually the nice chic studios in the new luxury full amentity buildings are expensive!

When I was in New York, an agent took me to this fabulous new high rise in downtown Manhattan and the stuidos were around $1.1 million dollars.

City living is awful to you because you seem backwards.

Who lives in Arkansas other than a bunch of plebeians? Who would voluntarily want to live there? I would rather hang myself.

i wouldnt live in AR. but i would if i had to choose between the 3. though i would much rather live somewhere like montana, or idaho, or alaska even (not anchorage) then in the middle of LA or NYC. it has scenery, nature, clean air, friendly people and not just a bunch of urban sprawl...

I love honest people.

LA would be my pick. The city may have a good number of problems, but really, what city doesn't? There is so much to do, see, explore, eat at, etc. NYC is an amazing city, don't get me wrong, but I just tend to lean more towards LA. Maybe it is because I now live here.

Well, there's a damn good reason there are 8 million people packed into the 5 boroughs.

But if you don't agree, that's fine. Less expensive housing for the rest of us!

And on the original topic, NYC by a mile. I love the city.

Can you imagine if NYC was EVERYONE's favorite city? Like, all 300 million Americans.

There are a lot of other medium sized urban centers too that are (thankfully due to low demand) quite cheap.

Yeah, you sound like you've got it under control, patrician! Talk about killing yourself.. if I had started out in Brooklyn, then moved on up to Manhattan, I'd have killed myself too,.. so I don't blame him. Poor Heath. That joint was robbing him of his sleep, his happiness and his dignity... at least he got out..
