I am extremely sensitive to weather. There is a diagnosis for people like me called SAD(Season affecting disorder). I lived in Ottawa for two years(one of the coldest capitals on earth) and actually went into depression because I wasn't accustomed to dark gloomy days.

I love watching hollywood films from the 1985-1993 era. The reason is because there is a distinct look of the film stock of that time. Think of films like True Romance or Robert Altman's The Player. So I am going to take a wild guess and say Los Angeles is a very sunny city. I love that lazy, sunny afternoon feeling.

What about San Francisco? I want to walk around topless and in flip flops everywhere. Will San-Fran make me feel at home?

Which are the sunniest cities according to your experience?
LA
Vancouver
San Francisco.
