The question has NOTHING to do with the AMOUNT of fans, or the loyalty of fans...
This is an opinion based question that nobody can place a scale to. The term "best" simply asks the question of, IN YOUR OPINION which ream fan CULTURE is coolest?
For an example, everyone knows that the Cowboys have the most fans in the NFL, however Cowboys fan CULTURE does not compare to Raiders CULTURE... What can you think of that's a "COWBOYS FAN THING???" I don't know...
I know Raiders fans dress in spikes & costumes. Ride motorcycles & fight.
New Orleans Aints Culture is very Mardi Gras influenced, with "Who Dat" nation, "Who Dat say dey gone beat dem [s]Aints?" "Geaux [s]Aints" and such...
It's a Georgia Bulldogs fan thing to buy a Bulldog, and Bulldogs fans growl before each kickoff... Then when the kicker kicks the ball, everyone yells "SICK'EM!!!" and starts barking like dogs until the returner is tackled! And UGA has "Black-Out" games.
Buffalo Bills fans throw snowballs in the air (or is that the Patriots fans?). It's one of those 2, that it was their THING to do...
Penn State fans do "White-Out" games.
Packers fans wear Cheese Heads & expect a Lambeau Leap after a TD...
Ravens fans bark like dogs, wear black (& purple) and buy black dogs, eat Maryland crabs & oysters at Tailgate parties.
Falcons fans stand up until the Falcons score their 1st points.
Steelers fans have Terrible Towls.
So, hopefully you get my question now. So, what other aspects of team fan cultures can you think of that will make any other team one of the best fan CULTURES? What is their "THING?"
In my opinion, best NFL Cultures goes like this:
1. Oakland Raiders
2. New Orleans [s]Aints
3. Green Bay Packers
4. Pittsburgh Steelers
5. Baltimore Ravens
6. Cleveland Browns
7. Dallas Cowboys
8. Washington Redskins
9. Philadelphia Eagles
10. Buffalo Bills
Can you call them the Saints? That is their name..
Anyway, the Saints culture is strong and even though you're not wanting loyalty, it's a huge factor in the fan culture. We wore bags over our heads, and get tattoos of the Fleur Di Les.
I can't believe you just called them the "Falcan'ts"
Thats a new one...
I'm appauled!!!!!
That's what we call dirty birds.
