laughing my a** off. I'm not laughing at Los Angeles, because it really does have multiple business districts. I was just laughing at HTownLoves response. I could feel his/her "Ok? Whatever I guess?" attitude through her comment, in response to LAJorges comment.
Atlanta doesn't really have many. Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Perimeter, Cumberland. That's it.
There are a couple other big office areas but most of them are so suburban they don't liken a downtown area by any stretch.
Maybe you could add Decatur in. That's actually a downtown, complete with walkable schools, shops, offices, and transit and everything. But not a huge amount of office space.

If we're talking strictly about business districts, then Oakland has multiple smaller ones that tend to be contained on a single street for multiple blocks.
Downtown
Uptown
Lakeshore Avenue
Grand Avenue (in Grand Lake)
Broadway Avenue (in Temescal)
Telegraph Avenue (in Temescal)
College Avenue
Piedmont Avenue
Macarthur Blvd (in Laurel District)
Fruitvale Avenue & MacArthur Boulevard
Fruitvale Station (International Boulevard between Fruitvale & 38th Avenue)
International Blvd (in new chinatown district)
Park Blvd (in Glenview)
Montclair Business District
then within downtown there's:
Chinatown
Broadway Avenue
Grand Avenue (going towards W. Grand)
That's about it. idk if that really fits the criteria of this thread though.
