What in the heck? The Research Triangle is real place, not some conglomerate of loosely (at best) related places.

The Georgia Triangle is a real place too.... The article goes back to the year 2006.

they're kind of reaching though. atlanta and augusta are around 3 hours apart from each other. every city in the RT is within the same vicinity.

i love augusta too, but there's really no basis for this

Never heard of the triple A, is that a new reference

Three hours is a very long way - that could include NYC/Philly/Baltimore/DC all in the that travel time
