Crown is coming along and is looking better than I expected ... also a lot larger than I had imagined.

- Of the 1 Million square feet of Class A office space, only 100k sq. ft. remain.

This building screams Cincinnati. I also think the crown is turning out way better in person than in the renderings. The exterior should be complete within a month.

I guess Cincinnati and Austin are the only cities that got their tallest towers completed during the recession.

Freeway Jim's driving makes me dizzy.

But that's going to be a gorgeous building. Can't wait to see it in person.

Yeah it looks awesome. And it's cool the way you're watching a game in GABP and you see it looming there.

The Tiara is coming along very nicely. This buildings' facade looks great at all times of day, and since the top is finishing up, the building really has some nice angles.

Does anyone know why this site was chosen and yet we still have an empty parking lot at 5th and Race?

Because of the building next to it that was built a few years ago. It is all apart of a large complex.

This is for another thread, but the latest news we have is 3CDC took over the lot.

... 3CDC is hitting OTR, new 21C Boutique Hotel, and now the Dennison Hotel so I don't think this is a major priority right now. So far, 3CDC hasn't given me a reason to doubt their accomplishments so far though and there's no larger of an eyesore than a huge surface lot.

Yep, it looks awesome...I'll be walking by it in about 4 hours on my way to the Reds game. Can't wait for it to be capped off!

That building looks very impressive! I can't wait to go check it out myself next time I am down in the area. If I am correct, its going to be the 3rd tallest in Ohio.
