CDK Global is more than merely another phone center...

However, concerning the location's troubled history...

* This is the office site that Cincinnati Bell vacated, in a return move to downtown, along with 600 employees:

* This is also just one corner of the old GM Assembly plant, wherein the early 1970's almost 9,000 were employed:

* And whereon "Black Wednesday" (August 26, 1987), the last 4,200 of those auto workers lost their jobs:

Great to see the job creation engine is still moving forward in the Cincinnati area. It has to be one of the top job producing regions in the country now.

my hubby works there. They are a great place to work. GOOD benefits, although expensive. GREAT pay, good hours, good people. Free gym use and fancy coffee, cafe. It is NOT a call center at ALL! Time warner and convergys are call centers, here he is doing actual networking and using his college skills!

If more companies and employees subscribed to the William Edwards Deming business philosophy we'd have a much stronger country. Ohky0815. Sounds like this company that your husband works for at least in part works with the Deming philosophy which ultimately creates a stronger business that is better able to compete against the best out there.

Coincidentally, adjacent to CDK Global there is a large (and unusual) call center:
Norwood Campus - Education at Work
Education at Work (EAW)
