And just forget the entire month of December, anywhere around Kenwood Mall.

Just another reason not to live out there.

Yeah, the OP didn't ask for our advice but there sure are a lot of nice neighborhoods closer in to Jewish. Maybe they want a lot of space, though.

I'd rather live in Kenwood. IH schools. Bike to work.

But that section of Kenwood which is in IH schools is actually quite small. Not so many market homes available. Many people forget the major portion of what was Kenwood south of I-71 is actually in Madeira and Madeira schools, including the country club. Very quickly you are either in Blue Ash or Montgomery. I agree it is a nice area, but rather pot luck as to whether anything will be on the market you are attracted to. Even then, you wouldn't find me biking to work on either Galbraith or Kenwood Rds.

Yes.

We liked Maineville as we felt we could get more home for our money with more space. 20-25 minute commute sounds great as I'm currently commuting about an hour here in Chicago. Just hoping it doesn't crawl too far above 30 minutes on a regular basis.

Did the trip in 22 minutes when visiting, but was in low traffic time.
