Blessing-That in a world slowly going down the drain, I have a house, 2 jobs (although somewhat tentative right now), 2 vehicles, 3 healthy kids, a faithful wife and the assurance that when this world comes to pass I'll have it even better in my eternal home. Miracle-That someone like me, who makes Homer Simpson look like Thomas Edison, has all the above.
Each and every day God does something for you and gives you a blessing. Some days your blessings are huge and some days they may be small but just the rising of the sun each day is a new blessing. I could ramble on about all the many blessing God has done for me but 2 words can sum it up: Eternal Salvation.
I could talk for hours about how great God is and how much He has blesses me everyday. I am thankful for just being able to get out of bed and type on this computer. I have been unemployed for 4 1/2 years, with only a part time job here and there, but God has provided all I need just as He said He would. Also I am blessed with a wonderful loving Christian husband.
What has God done for you that you feel is a blessing or miracle?
The fact that He wakes me up each day is a blessing to learn more about Him and to praise Him, to be victorious over sin, to experience His forgiveness and peace, His never ending love and kindness, knowing that He is my Father, the knowledge of His plan to restore all to Himself through Jesus, that He has blessed me with a loving family, the ability to provide for my needs, the opportunity to share with others, beautiful children to interact with and teach, soooo many things and opportunities. I am thankful each and every day. God bless.
The Lord has blessed me in so many ways I cannot even begin to list them........He has sustained me and my family thru difficult times.....He has provided for all my needs and then some.......He has shown himself faithful to his promises in protecting me sustaining my health and loving me when I was still a sinner...... he has put HIS people in my life....He does not give up on me......he has been patient with me and helps me to grow in Faith.....The Lord is so good.....Thank you Father in Heaven so much, thank you Jesus,.......thank you Holy Spirit......Blessed be God always.....I Love you Lord.
What has God done for you that you feel is a blessing or miracle?
Just the little unrequested blessings that we all take for granted. The fact that God woke me up this morning, the fact that I could get out of my bed and dress myself, the fact that I went to and from work safely today and generally every day, the fact that I have food to eat, the fact that I have a job to go to, the fact that I am a member of a Bible Teaching church, the fact that my health is generally good. Just those unrequested blessings are what I am thankful for.
I feel that I have been blessed in being able to help my mom deal with the unexpected death of my dad.
