You might want to consider the verses at Daniel 7 vs 18,21,22,25,27 because it shows Jesus does Not rule alone during his 1000-year reign over earth.

God promised the kingship to Jesus who is the one who will provide one of mankind's greatest needs which is good government.
Jesus' throne is a heavenly one, and Jesus, as king of God's kingdom government , will save and have earthly subjects to the ends of the earth. -Psalm 72 vs 8, 12 -14

Jesus rules as both king and high priest and the saints or holy ones reign with Jesus over earth because they have a first or earlier resurrection according to Revelation 20 v 6
They also have two [ 2 ] jobs to do according to Revelation 5 vs 9,10
( 1 ) as kings they serve the governmental needs of earthly subjects of God's kingdom
( 2 ) as priests they have the duties to take care of the spiritual needs of earthly subjects of God's kingdom
