Belief in the bible, and reading and understanding it correctly are two very different things.
Far too many people read what they want to read, or fail to put in the time and effort to understand what they are really reading. So they make personal assumptions, and run with it!
I'm not going to defend tony's post,* but that last sentence is a false dichotomy and a false representation of what people who say that "all scripture is God-breathed" believe.
It is not a false representation. God-breathed or inspired is not remotely the same as dictation and the assumption that everything in the scriptures is 100% true and inerrant or infallbile . . . which is what TonyX3 believes and preaches.

* One, I disagree with portions. Two, I feel like he's made a very similar thread-starting post in the past.
Then you are NOT a Biblean in the TonyX3 mold. He has only ONE NOTE to his song, snowdenscold . . . and it is the same one in ALL his posts. Be a 100% Bible believer or else.
Then I guess we're arguing about terminology, so nevermind.
I would consider myself a "100% Bible believer", but obviously not in the same way tonyx3 might, so it's a moot discussion.
I believe ALL Scripture is God-breathed, but I don't hold to a dictation theory. We have to be careful how we explain the process of superintending. I also believe everything is 100% true, inerrant and infallible (in the autographa), but that is obviously dependent on interpreting it properly in its context. Satan's lie in the Garden is accurately quoted and represented, but obviously is just that: a lie. The Mosaic Law really was given as described for the Jews, but that does not mean a Christian is bound to it today. But we obviously can't swing the pendulum too far in the other direction and start dismissing NT passages we don't like away on the basis of some constructed context to give us wiggle room. Bible exposition and interpretation is serious work.
