I think I'd choose a beautiful million (or more) dollar house in Lincoln Park, maybe Streeterville. Definitely I'd be close to the lake. Some parts of Lincoln Park are just gorgeous.

If you could live in any neighborhood in the Chicago area (suburbs included) where would you live? If money were not an issue and you could afford private school for your kids, what would your choice be?
So:

I want to live in the garden on top of City Hall, surrounded by unicorns and candy and the three Jessicas (Alba, Biel, and Rabbit), who can all magically cook and clean and conjure gold from straw.

Or just a nice SFH or 2-3 flat (which I would own) in Lincoln Square, maybe on Sunnyside or Giddings or maybe Leland between Lincoln and Damen.

To be honest, given my age, income, and goals in life, the latter is as realistic as the former.

I just went to a great restaurant on Sunnyside last weekend - Italian. I had truffles on my pizza. Yummers!
