It is out of control on Lower Wacker.
Oh dear, *wrings hands* and our "Messiah" is potentially moving to Washington. Yet another problem the city of Chicago will need to face head on.

You will see more of it. Reason being, many of the shelters are experiencing budget cuts from Springfield as well as a decrease in private donations(due in part to the economy)

As the old saying goes, "20 below keeps the riffraff away." While that's not totally the case, climate does play a role in the numbers in any given city.

Yeah, but you are too pretty for it to be believed. The cops would think you are soliciting.

I saw a whole community of them sleeping on the underground streets downtown by Billy Goat Tavern, literally side by side, it seemed like there were hundreds of them. I never seen it that bad before.

Billy Goat Tavern - overrrated overpriced burgers.

Once you give a begger money, next time you see them they expect it. And when there are so many, you just can't afford it!

Worst is when that begger is a drug, smoke, or alcohol addict.
