Try the Learning Annex. They have tons of classes. You may also want to call an Apple Store for recommendations.

also, forgot to add that I'm looking for classes that are not too expensive.. don't want to pay $500 - $1000 just to learn this tool.. I think that's really overpricing it...don't you think?

^^ Not really. It's something a lot of employers want their employees to learn, so for a lot of people, learning it means getting a job or hefty raise.

It is in huge demand, but only if you really know how to use Actionscript to build mini applications that integrate with databases, XML, etc. You can make a little money just making simple animations, but you need to know Actionscript pretty well to make good money.

Columbia is a good school for full semester classes, and Digitalbootcamp offers a wide variety of classes and seminars ranging from one hour to a couple months.

Flash classes? Are they really necessary? I mean, theres no science to it, its simple!

Step 1: undress completely
Step 2: put on long trenchcoat and hold it closed in front
Step 3: walk up to innocent bystander and open your trenchcoat
Step 4: make sure victim sees your package
Step 5: run like heck

Repeat as necessary.
