Pakistani isn't an ethnic group; in fact the country has several:
Punjabis (44.15%)
Pashtuns (15.42%)
Sindhis (14.1%)

All of whom speak languages in the Indo-Aryan group and are therefore more closely related to Europeans than to the Arabs.
