So i've done my homework (thanks for pointing me in the right direction with my earlier post) and think I might have found a great place in logan square. I've seen you guys give great advice with addresses before and would love to hear your opinion. Its nestled in the middle of milwaukee, fullerton, and western on lyndale. Are there any issues with this area that I haven't heard of. it seemed pretty nice, but it was the middle of the afternoon so that could be deceiving.

Before we know the "issues you haven't heard of", what issues HAVE you heard of? Logan Square has many wonderful qualities, but it's a neighborhood that still has major problems with gangs and crime. That area is pretty far east, however, so that could help out. You're right by the Kennedy Expressway, right?

From what I've seen that area is pretty much fine. You'd be wise to keep an eye out, but if I were going to live west of Western, right there is where I'd want it to be.

I live a few blocks directly West of that area (been here for 4 years). I walk that stretch of Lyndale on a regular basis at all hours and have never had any problems.
